About Me

Who I Am?

My name is Adeboye Adebisi I am a 15 year old sophmore highschool student at Morgantown Highschool. I love learning new things that are challenging even if I'm not the best at it.

Why Does This Site Exists?

Right now I’m studying sleep habits among high-schoolers—how much sleep we’re actually getting, whether we’re using phones or TV before bed, and how that impacts our school performance and day-to-day energy.

  • Sleep helps you pay attention and remember what you learn.
  • Not enough rest can make you tired and hurt your grades.
  • Knowing our sleep patterns lets us build better habits.
